At Cracker Barrel, our mission of Pleasing People guides everything that we do. This means always striving to care for our guests and our employees like family. Delivering on this promise means monitoring public health issues that can impact our guests, our employees and our business, including the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak.

Over the last several weeks we have made significant changes to our stores. Between March 15 and March 25, we closed dining rooms, created a comforting, simplified menu, and transitioned all our locations to curbside, pickup and delivery service. We’ve continued to enhance these offerings with more conveniences and safety measures for guests and employees alike. We hope you will continue to use these services to enjoy our homestyle food in your own home for a long time to come.

Above all, we want you to know we value you and will continue to take care of you like family, just as you have come to expect from us.

As state and county governments where our stores are located publish guidance for reopening dining rooms, we are taking many precautions to help us welcome you back through our doors safely. You can check the status of your local store on our Store Directory. If your dining room remains closed you can still enjoy your favorite homestyle cooking from the comfort of home with our curbside, pickup and delivery options.

Maintaining social distancing guidelines

We're doing all we can to offer guests a little comfort right now. We're marking the floors and adding signs to remind guests and employees to maintain safe distances. Additionally, many tables in our restaurants are closed for seating to help us all maintain a safe distance. On your visit, you may be greeted by our host on the front porch. If there's a wait, you will be notified via mobile phone when your table is ready (you can always check the wait time on our online wait list in advance of your visit). 

Due to COVID-19, party sizes may be limited. Please call your store for information on the table seating limit in your city.

Enhanced cleaning & disinfection practices

Cleaning and Disinfection

To make every guest feel right at home, we're practicing enhanced cleaning and disinfection efforts at every store. In addition, we are using wipeable menus, or choose to view our menu from your own mobile phone. We're removing high-touch table items like salt & pepper shakers and condiments, which are now available by request only. The peg games will not be back on our tables just yet, but we invite you to download our Cracker Barrel games app and enjoy the peg game from your mobile phone at any time.

In accordance with state and local guidelines, all employees will be wearing masks. We will be providing masks, but in some cases, employees may choose to wear their own. We are also distributing thermometers to our stores and asking managers to perform daily wellness screens of all employees at work.
