The Hannah, S.C. native has sold more than 5 million albums and garnered numerous multi-week No. 1s ("Your Man," "Would You Go With Me," "Why Don't We Just Dance," and "All Over Me"). His debut album, Long Black Train was certified platinum for more than 1 million copies sold, and his sophomore album, Your Man, was one of only four country albums to reach double-platinum status in 2006. The debut single from his fourth album Haywire, “Why Don’t We Just Dance,” a four-week No. 1 hit was the most-played song at country radio in 2010, according to Mediabase and #3 on Billboard’s year-end Hot Country Songs list, followed immediately by “All Over Me” at No. 4. "Why Don't We Just Dance," took home an American Country Award for "Single of the Year-Male" in December of the same year. Six years after his Grand Ole Opry debut, he was inducted into the prestigious organization, becoming one of the youngest artists to receive such an honor.  Turner’s fifth studio album Punching Bag is in stores now and his current tour is being sponsored by Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.

Live Across America

Josh Turner—Live Across America, a collection of 12 live performances recorded in concert halls, theaters and even at rodeos around the country during his 2012 tour, Live Across America, captures Josh at the top of his game. In addition to the in-concert performances, Josh Turner—Live Across America also includes a trio of stripped-down acoustic numbers—“So Not My Baby,” “Me and God,” as well as his never-before-released version of Waylon Jennings’ “America.”

“This is my second go-around with Cracker Barrel, who is also sponsoring my 2012 tour. We came up with the idea of taking a Pro Tools rig out on the road and recording our show every night. And that’s what Live Across America is: the best renditions of songs from all over the country,” Josh says. “The fans will be able to hear recordings from their hometowns.”

Live at the Ryman

Six years after making his Grand Ole Opry® debut at the Ryman Auditorium, Turner returned to the historic stage for his first full-length concert at the Ryman. Performing on the same stage where his heroes received countless standing ovations, Turner selected the perfect place to record his first live CD, a place where he could honor country music legends such as Hank Williams and George Jones. The result is Josh Turner: Live At The Ryman. On this exclusive CD, Turner delivers his signature song, “Long Black Train”, plus a collection of his favorite country classics. In addition to performing Merle Haggard’s “Silver Wings” and Don Williams’ “Lord Have Mercy On A Country Boy”, Turner had the crowd cheering following his respectful renditions of George Jones’ “He Stopped Loving Her Today” and Hank Williams’ “I’ll Never Get Out Of This World Alive”.
