Facility Services 

At Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, our buildings are an extension of our brand. Our Facility Services Department is responsible for ensuring the buildings and grounds at all store locations and the corporate office are well maintained and operate properly and efficiently. We work with vendors from a variety of fields to assist in projects from renovations and additions to everyday preventative maintenance.

Our Facility Services Department contracts some services, but most are general repairs and reactionary responses. Facility Services Project Managers keep vendors on file by their trades until that service is needed for a specific Cracker Barrel location or area.

If interested in becoming part of our Vendor File, please submit the following information in a general format:

• Literature on your company that outlines your company’s business history and scope of services you provide (i.e. brochures, business cards, letters of recommendation)
  
• Geographic areas that your company covers for services. There are over 550 Cracker Barrel locations nationwide. Facility Services Project Managers split the nation into regions and work individually with the vendors who are available to service their region.
  
• If interested in working with Cracker Barrel nationwide, please make sure to forward enough information for all of our Project Managers (10).
• Price or price range for your services if this can be generalized.
• Certificate of Insurance detailing proof of coverage on general liability(standard $2 million), vehicle and workman’s comprehensive.

More detailed information in all of these areas will be discussed with the individual Project Manager and vendor at the time of need.
